How does Propman handle any maintenance issues I might have?

It is our goal to provide speedy response to maintenance issues, simply contact Propman during regular business hours to schedule a repair.

For emergencies 24/7, call us immediately at 703-593-8637.

For our maintenance needs, we use professional vendors (painters, plumbers, carpet cleaners, handymen, etc.) who are insured and licensed.  We also perform periodic inspections to ensure everything is in working order and good condition.

First, check our Application Instructions and Policies to ensure that you qualify. Then, when you see a property you’d like, please contact us or complete and submit an online Rental Application form along with the application fee for the home you want. We’ll review your application and get back to you promptly with more details.

Do I sign a lease?

Yes, for most of Propman’s rental properties you will sign a 12-month lease that defines the responsibilities to each other throughout your tenancy. We will review each part of the lease with you to ensure you understand it. Once your application is accepted, your deposit is received, and your lease is signed, we’ll hand you the keys to your new home.

What happens to my deposit?

Deposit checks retained by Propman Property Management are kept in an FDIC-insured bank. At the end of your tenancy, Propman will perform a move-out inspection on the property to see if there are any problems other than normal wear and tear. If all looks good, your deposit will be returned to you promptly.

What about pets?

Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the requirements of the property owner. You will be asked about pets when you complete your rental application.
